At Purpose-Built Company Gear, our goal is simple: We want you to feel as confident in your order as we do in our products. For all non-customized orders, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange your order. Once your return is authorized, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.
For all customized orders, we stand behind our work and products. If you receive an item with defects and/or materially different from your order details or approved design, please notify us immediately and we will make it right. We make mistakes sometimes in the shop, but our quality team catches 99% before they head out the door and we replace these items without you even knowing.
Items purchased on Companygear.Purpose-Built.com may be returned at your local store, too – if applicable. Simply bring in your items to one of our locations, and our team members will assist you with a return or exchange – free of charge.
Shipping and handling charges depend on the destination of your order. Please refer to the correct tab to determine shipping costs. The posted delivery times are estimates but will help you identify the shipping option that is right for you.
Please note that we process orders very quickly, this means that once an order is placed we are unable to modify your shipping method. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that our faster processing times work to your advantage.
We’ll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. Your refund will be credited to your original form of payment in 7-10 business days, in the amount of the purchase price plus any applicable taxes. It may take one or more billing cycles for your credit to appear after your return has been processed. Processing time varies seasonally.
